Prof. Somkiat Khokiattiwong, one of the steering committee member of OFDS and the chair of -SEAGOOS, reported the progress on SEAGOOS, and was also selected as Chair of IOC/WESTPAC. Two active pilot projects, OFDS and MOMSEI, served as the backbones of SEAGOOS. SEAGOOS received much attention from member states of IOC/WESTPAC.
