Scientists from three countries discussed the OFDS application during Dec 3-6, 2009, the second ROSE workshop in Qingdao. Prof. Fredolin Tangang (Malaysia), Prof. Somkiat (Thailand) and Prof. Fangli Qiao (China) discussed several aspects of the project including the implementation strategies and funding of the project.
